| To encourage Malaysian companies to be more innovative in using and adapting to the existing and new technologies, products and processes as well as promoting closer cooperation between private and public sector. The scheme would facilitate Malaysian companies to establish strategic global and regional linkage in R & D to enhance indigenous technology development. | |
