| Eligibility Criteria | |||||||||
| - Incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 | |||||||||
| - For a 10% owned Malaysia company: | - A minimum of 51% of the equity must be held by women/woman or | - In the case where the majority equity is not held by the women/woman | - The largest single shareholder must be a women and the company is run by a women or | - The MD/CEO is a women and owns minimum equity of 10% in the company | - For 70% Malaysian owned company | - 51% of the local equity must be held by women/woman and the company is managed by a woman; or | - The MD/CEO must be a women and she owns minimum of 10% equity in the Company | - For business operating with a minimum period of one year, grants are offered for expansion programmes | |
