	Membership Rules and Regulations  [1] Open to all Melaka Citizen which are housewives, pensioner and working staff (from 23 years old and above). Student ARE NOT ALLOWED to join this program. [2] Participant who has joined E-Melaka Program from year 2003-2007 areNOT ALLOWED to join E-Melaka Program 2008. [3] Each participant is COMPULSARY to finish the 5 hours courses in order to have their certificate. [4] Registration can be made through the Executive Agent such as Cyber Cafe / Pusat Latihan Multimedia which had been registered with K-Economy Division. [5] K-Economy Division have right to cancel any registeration with unsufficient qualification.
